[Resolved] WWICS — No Response and No service | |||
Hello, I am a registered customer of WWICS since Sept 2003. I paid them for the services of Canadian immigration. The head office is still ok but there Branches at the time of retaining services are very good but after sales service when the customer/client has paid money are pathetic. my case is at the Bangalore branch right now and I have been calling them from last 3 months either I get a response that they will call me back or that there Branch manager will call me back with details but I never get a call back with details. The people at their Bangalore Barnch office do not share a contact number for the head office which is in working order. My case with CHC was filed in Sept 2004 and those cases are not being processed from CHC now. WWICS is just looking for more money for such cases with coming up with new schemes, rather than talking to their customers/clients and giving some correct information or help for filing these cases again. The money that has been paid 8 years back is long gone and they will definitely not pay it back, I am sure... though they need to mend there ways and start doing better after sales service. I need better service and proper responses from the WWICS guys rather than the run around they seem to give at this point. Was this information helpful? | |||
