I placed a order on May 2011 for a samsung refrigerator on there website. Order id : BTP80340. Now, thing is they call me three days latter that they dont have a fridge in stock and offer me something that cost 16,000 instead of 11,000 rupees as the product was listed. I said that I didnt want that one, they are ready to refund, but only after one week. THEY SIT WITH OUR MONEY AND MAKE MONEY OUT OF IT. THIS IS THE SECOND ORDER IN WHICH THE ORDER WAS DELAYED. I THINK THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES WHO ARE INTESTED ONLY IN EARNING MONEY OUT OF IT. Was this information helpful? | |||
