via visa credit card the money has beend deducted but no recharge has been done by them

also they dont have any telephone number listed on their website to contact for customer support

Your Order id: 5421799 has got declined and refund for the same has already been processed to our gateway on on 07.09.11.

Depending upon the turnaround time of your bank you will get the refund automatically into your account (ideally the banks take 3-7 working days to process the refund)

the operator is saying recharge was not done

This is a successful transaction from our end .Request you to please speak to your operator regarding this as we only forward the recharge request to the operator. It’s the operator who has provided you the Re1 and not us.

If you check airtel website they do have a Easy Recharge for Rs 200 . Its your operator's fault for providing you the Re1 instead of the talk time.

The transaction was successful but till now I have NOT received the

Freecharge.in — Recharge not done but amount was deducted from my credit card

Today half an hour back but still the refilled amount in not credited to my relatives mobile. Refill in unsuccessful and 1010rs has been deducted from my SBI credit card. I haven’t receive the mail for successful refill as well.
Please transfer the amount back to my card or refill the provided the number. Nor the amount has been transferred back to my credit card nor the refill has been done on the numbers. This site is a fraud

Freecharge.in — Money deducted but Charge not done

Hi,

I have recharged my mobile with rupees 333.00 (Total amount 343 including coupon). I have got an email the transaction was successful but my mobile has not been charged. The order number for the same is 1393541.

I have sent multiple emails but didn't get reply to even one. I am finding lot of similar complains for Freecharge.in. This looks like a big fraud company.
