[Resolved]  www.Freecharge.in — money deducted no recharge

user id [protected]@gmail.com

via visa credit card the money has beend deducted but no recharge has been done by them

also they dont have any telephone number listed on their website to contact for customer support

Hi,

Your Order id: 5421799 has got declined and refund for the same has already been processed to our gateway on on 07.09.11.

Depending upon the turnaround time of your bank you will get the refund automatically into your account (ideally the banks take 3-7 working days to process the refund)

Hi,

I have been recharging my mobile from last 4 months and never had any complaint, i got my coupons within a weeks time and in the first month i had an issue wherein amount was deducted from my account and i didn't get my recharge on my cell, when contacted customer care for it i got instant reply and my amount was credited within 2 business days.

i disagree with the above comments.

Hi on 14th March I had recharged my mobiles with the below details

I had used citibank credit card to recharge, but in my bank statement its showing of 3 transactions where 222 is showing twice.
When I contacted citibank they had given APPROVAL NUMBERS for the transactions they are

Even in my freecharge account its showing only 2 records. So please let me know what was the issue and credit back with my amount.

I had recharged for Rs 50 for my docomo number [protected] on 3rd of this month the money was debited in bank account. But my phone was not recharged. But this is very funny, untill we post here you people wont give any response? I had mailed to [protected]@freecharge.in for 20 times but there is no rely and there is no customer care number also. So obviously we can say its FRAUD.

Dear Sir

This has reference to my order no. 2639476 & 2639736 by which i have
given a request to recharge of Rs.121/- + 10/- courier charges twice
dt. 25.05.2011 on mobile no. [protected] (Vodafone prepaid).

Unfortunately i have not received the amount in my mobile but i was
debited for Rs.131/- + 131/- = 262/- from my State bank of India ATM
Debit card.

Therefore, please recharge my mobile or credit my above amount in my
State Bank of India account.

I did online recharge for my cell for an amount of 200Rs from Freecharge.in. I was charged 210Rs for the transaction. The amount was debited from my account by i dint receive the recharge nor the free coupons as promised in the site. The ORDER No. is 2836432.
on 11 th of june i have recharged with 219, 219, 87, 219, and again on 12th of june with Rs.125, 125
but not a single recchrage was succesfull..
my money has been deducted from my account.
my order nos are 3049973, 3050583, 3050554, 3060360, 3061565, 3061639 respectedly.
pls give me my money back..

Hi,
I had recharged Rs.1010 amount from the site freecharge.in twice, which makes it a big amount of Rs2020
which has been credited from my credit card and debited in your account on 9th June,2011.

I haven't got the recharge, and to top it
there is no response from your side inspite of mailing twice to [protected]@ccavenue.com and [protected]@freecharge.in.
There is no telephone contact support available too.
If I dont get a response on this ASAP, I'll definitely take it to the consumer court, I'm really furious at this fraud.
