via visa credit card the money has beend deducted but no recharge has been done by them

also they dont have any telephone number listed on their website to contact for customer support

Your Order id: 5421799 has got declined and refund for the same has already been processed to our gateway on on 07.09.11.

Depending upon the turnaround time of your bank you will get the refund automatically into your account (ideally the banks take 3-7 working days to process the refund)

Hi,

I was recharging my sister's number today. Don't know what happened at the back-end, recharge didn't happen but my account got charged of Rs. 210/-

I contacted the customer care person but they were asking for order number. After I gave my banking details and verified by visa password, the status just said "Done". It didn't come back to FreeRecharge site where I can get the order number.

Now, they are saying they have no details and I don't know what to do. If they can't support people then why doing this business?

Hi yesterday, i tried to recharge my account 2 times with Rs. 260 each. user id: ravi.[protected]@gmail.com but both times balance got deducted but no subsequent amount credited in my account, i keep on trying for the customer care contact details but no details is provided by the website and they are not bothered to reply to the e-mails.

I am seriously disappointed with this website, and now i want my money back.

Let me know what i am supposed to do now.
