Amount deducted from account but no recharge:

hi tried recharging my account today phone no: +91 [protected]
user id [protected]@gmail.com
via state bank debit the money has been deducted but no recharge has been done by them and i didnt get any order no also.And there is no customer care number to contact.

SBI Internet bankthe money has beend deducted but no recharge has been done by them

also they dont have any telephone number listed on their website to contact for customer support

Hi,

I was recharging my sister's number today. Don't know what happened at the back-end, recharge didn't happen but my account got charged of Rs. 210/-

I contacted the customer care person but they were asking for order number. After I gave my banking details and verified by visa password, the status just said "Done". It didn't come back to FreeRecharge site where I can get the order number.

Now, they are saying they have no details and I don't know what to do. If they can't support people then why doing this business?

I tried to recharge my cell no.[protected] on 31/12/2011 at 07:40am for Rs.100/- .But my bank account got debited with Rs.100/ and my phone is not credited with Rs.100/- and i dint got any order number mail also to my mail id sandhya.[protected]@jsw.in. So please credit my number with Rs.100/ as soon as possible.

I tried recharging my airtel mobile no.[protected] through freecharge.in with rs.110 using PND debit card, money deducted instantly but no recharge reaches to the mobile. No customer care no. mentioned on the website.

i have an account in freecharge.in with the id as [protected]@rediffmail.com. on 30th april i tried to recharge for rs 30 both time it failed and money got deducted from my atm worth rs 60.

Freecharge.in has arranged a predict and win contest(IPL5) in Facebook.com. For match no 33, they have declare me a winner (position 8) but even after several request they have not recharge my mobile which is an awrd for the contest. i need my award that all

Hi yesterday, i tried to recharge my account 2 times with Rs. 260 each. user id: ravi.[protected]@gmail.com but both times balance got deducted but no subsequent amount credited in my account, i keep on trying for the customer care contact details but no details is provided by the website and they are not bothered to reply to the e-mails.

I am seriously disappointed with this website, and now i want my money back.

Let me know what i am supposed to do now.
