also they dont have any telephone number listed on their website to contact for customer support

Your Order id: 5421799 has got declined and refund for the same has already been processed to our gateway on on 07.09.11.

Depending upon the turnaround time of your bank you will get the refund automatically into your account (ideally the banks take 3-7 working days to process the refund)

mobile number.But i didn't get any confirmation message .I called to reliance customer care but they told no such recharge activate on this number.

330 rs has been deducted from my icici bank account by freecharge.in and instead of getting my number recharged the message was sorry please punch the right bank details...also 0 balance it is showing in credits..please do the refund..also the order number is also not stored in transaction.
