www.FreeRecharge.in — Amount Failed during transaction is withheld always

Hi,

This is Madhav Pai.

A recharge website called Freerecharge.in has been cheating its consumer with a concept called Balance. The amount redeemed as a part of credit card cash back and failures during the recharge transaction is withheld by the site itself claiming to be a balance to be used in future for recharge which can be done from their web site only.

This is a breach. I request the concern to intervene and resolve this issue and save myself and all the consumers from this unhealthy practice.
