INDIAPLAZA.in - FRAUD, CHEATING, DOES NOT SHIP AS PER ORDER BUT CLAIMS SHIPPED. WHEN FORCED THEY SHIP ONE OF THE MANY ITEMS AND DECLARE ALL ITEMS SHIPPED.

1. Axe deo’s (pack of 3) + St. Ives Body wash: I placed the order on Oct 19.
2. Delays in shipment ackowlededged in ticket no:
a. Promised shipment on Oct 26 (Ticket no.s for reference: CNT[protected], CNT[protected]
b. Postponed shipment to Oct 30
c. Postponed shipment to 4th November but till date its not been shipped out.
d. Finally, shipment was declared sent on November 13
3. I received only one Axe deodorant and the balance 2 deo’s and St. Ives body wash was MISSING CNT[protected], CNT[protected]
Aramex courier #[protected]. All your records pointed that the entire shipment of over 1.25Kg was sent whereas the courier weight registered was 0.3 Kg - PROOF
4. The missing shipment of 2 axe deo’s + St. ives body wash was acknowledged and another shipment Armex # AWB [protected] with the balance was promised to be sent
5. I received the courier and I have not opened and I can by touching understand that one deodorant was only sent and not the balance.
I HAVE NOT OPENED THE SECOND COURIER AS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE 2 AXE DEO’s + BODY WASH which is atleast 1 Kg in weight.

IndiaPlaza.in — non-delivery of placed order

I had placed order no.[protected] for a book on Jan.30, 2010 and paid online. Payment got through and the order details said the book will be shipped on 02/02/2010.
Till date i have not received my book. After calling and emailing several times. I was told the book is out of stock and that my order would be cancelled and my payment refunded. However, on the website, it still shows order "Being Processed". I have not received any communication about the order cancellation. Everytime I call they say my status will be updated in 2-3 days.
Indiaplaza.in is a cheat website. Dont buy from them.

www.Indiaplaza.in — refund not received

Dear sir,

On 19th april2010, i had placed an order of Samsung ES10 digital camera of Rs. 4098 ( order no : [protected]) with www.indiaplaza.in( my user name: ups1990)
& from that day itself my order status is showing Ready to ship, but was never shipped.

After few days the status shown on indiaplaza account was payment not accepted from my bank, so they showed me 2 options i.e either to cancel the order or make payment once again, so i opted for cancellation of order.

so my order was successfully cancelled, and then i tried to contact them for refund through their tickets system, wherein you have to write complaints and they would respond within 2 days, so after writing tickets to them, i was given assurance from their side that i would receive my refund within 2-3 days, but it has been already more than a week, but i have still not received refund from their side.

Upon that they have deleted my tickets due to which i can't show you evidence but i have my credit card statement. second thing which is hurting me is that when my transaction was cancelled by me & all of sudden now my status is showing ready to ship.

so all i want is refund, so sir please look into this matter as soon as possible.

this is exactly the kind of scam that Indiaplaza is running. First they don't ship the item. No communication whatsoever. Then if you demand, they partially ship or say that it is shipped but could not be delivered. If you press them more, they finally cancel the item saying out-of-stock.

Why do they sell items that are out-of-stock? Is it legal to do so? Keep some one's hard earned money for as long as he demands for the item!

I had placed an order for rakhi on 10th August at www.indiaplaza.in to be delivered to my brother. They had promised that rakhi would be delivered before the day of the rakhi otherwise i can get a full refund. But till now (7th Sept) rakhi has not been delivered to him. I filed a ticket on their website about this on 30th Aug. they had said that they will get back to me by 31st Aug, Till today no one has responded to my complaint despite a reminder. There is no phone number listed on their website where we can call them to find out what happened to my order. There is no email address where we can contact the company.

This according to me is cheating and stealing in the open.

www.Indiaplaza. In — Shipping delay

It seems IndiaPlaza is delaying all shipments this month for no reason. Atleast they can put the right date - such as "Will be shipped by October 15,2012" rather than put in the wrong date - "Will be shipped by September 1,2010".

INDIA PLAZA — Non delivery of gift

I placed an order for DVD Player Sr 650 on 16th Sept via order no. IN[protected]. Delivery was suppose to be done with in 15 days. I called Indiaplaza on 1st Oct to enquire about the status. They said the order will be delivered on 4th Oct. I said fine. Again called on 4th Oct as the order was not deliverd. Came to know that the product was not in stock it will arrive on 6th Oct. Again I called on 6th Oct and the executive tells me that it has not been updated as yet and the product in not in stock till now.

I just don't understand,
1.why the product is on the chart when it is not in stock
2.You still had time of 15 days after order was placed. Then why didn't the order was arranged during that time period.
3.Customer is giving ample time to you anf trying to adjust with the situation. But again and againg getting the same answer that th product in unavailable.

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHEN THE PRODUCT WILL BE DELIVERED TO ME. I AM JUST FED UP FOLLOWING THIS ISSUE.

I'd ordered a digital camera Nikon Coolpix L100 on 22nd Sept'10 through indiaplaza.in my order no. is IN[protected]. At the time of order they were telling to ship the item in 7 to 10 days but still I am unable to get that. Also on their portal the status of my order is "Ready to ship". Whenever I was calling to them first of all they are not picking the phone and when they'll pick they used to give me a new date of shipment by saying that"We apologize for the delay and due to unavailability of the product to their vendor this delay is there". Now its more than one month passed so I told them to cancel my order in that also they are giving me a new date with some excuses everytime.

Now I need a compensation regarding this.

I ordered three items from www.indiaplaza.in. Out of three only one order ( a book) was delivered as requested. The second Item was delivered wrong. I asked for vegitable slicer (as shown in their website) however they sent me wrong product (Apple cutter). And the third product was cancelled from there side without notifying me and moreover the money has not been refunded for that also.
I opened a query online with them "Reference number=CNT[protected]" and they have not answered back as its been three days now. I even try to call there call center number [protected] but no one picks up the call. I am deepli disappointed. If they do not have the product available then they should atleast notify me and refund my money that I paid for that product online.

I had purchased a Table Lamp thru Indiaplaza.in, a ecommrce website for a price of Rs.1619/-(inclusive delivery) the purchase number is - IN[protected]. This was ordered on 2nd Feb'11, the product has not reached yet.

I have mailed them and have spoken to them, but no response has come.

IndiaPlaza.in — Non refund

Hi,

I placed a Micromax phone - order number IN[protected] for 4,740/- on 11-Jan. When this didn't get delivered for the next 3 weeks, I canceled the order. I personally refused delivery on their advice, as it was way beyond our anniversary (BTW, it was a gift for my wife), and I have purchased the same phone from flipkart who delivered the phone in 3-4 days.

Since then, I've sent them 6 emails, lobbed 6 calls but no result. I think their CRM is worst that I've witnessed. They now have an online complaint section, they don't respond to emails. So you cannot track your complaint, there is no reference number given for your verbal discussion, so you are clueless.

They have gone to the extent of recording a fraudulent proof of delivery signed by "Patel" - Consignment No:[protected]. When I wanted a copy of this, as I wanted to make a police complaint, they promptly said that they will refund the money in 4-5 days. When I called back after 10 days today, they said there was no reference to my earlier communication. Today, there was one Catherine with whom I spoke to, and she said she would call back within a stipulated time, which of course didn't happen.

Should I approach the Police with a fraud complaint, or will you kindly advise me with the next steps? I think there would be lot of duped customers of indiaplaza.in that are there. So, a step towards the right direction would definitely bring these crooks to justice.

I think these people need tto be taught a lesson and police complaint or filing a case in the consumer court would be the right approach .Even i had a bad experince of a wrong product delivery, for which neither refund nor instructions for redispatch is being given.

i had placed an order for Sony Cybershot DSC W 530(order no- IN[protected]) dt 06.12.2011. The payment was made thru net banking that moment itself.

Inspite of fulfiilling all the formalities, my order status is yet not clear.

Dailys calls are made to the office but no response from the other side.

I have placed an order for HP leather headphone with mic on 04.12.11 as per their advertisement on the website. I have made the payment of Rs.128/- through net banking. While placing the order they have that it will be delivered within 7 days.

I have started following up over phone from 07.12.11. While I ring them , they use to say that the item will be shipped in the next day.I used to make call in every day and I have the same answer.

I have send 3 emails to the e-mail address provided on the website but till date they did not sent any reply to my mail. Even though I have sent e-mail to chief operating officer, but I have not received any reply.

As on 15.12.12 they have informed that they have not stock of that item. But at the same time they are accepting fresh order for the same item.
