I am a NANGLOI GASS SERVICE customer I want to book gass online on site www.ioclebiz.com but site is not opening for on line registration for gass booking, so please look on it.

I am customer with Shri Radhagovind Gas Service IX/171, Sham Block Kailash Nagar Delhi-110031.I am faceing problem in every month when i book my gas then, they show Busy noumber in all working days. Mon-Sat-9:00-6:00pm.The noumber is--011-22075114 or 22073323.You can try any time, 6-9 you find always BUSY.But after 6 ;oclok the phone ring start rining We go to office persnally than book gas.after booking they send after 5-6 days.They give one cylender in 10 days.

my complaint against in hari sigh gas service, his show this ph no-25470333, 25476333, 25180333, 25186333 on his gas receipt but there are always hang up no some time ringing this no but these staff no respones, i really held up my office work this behave & go on this office his office assistance miss raturi singh says urs gas booking not compalaint again i camplaint for gas booking he say;s gas was coming on ur home in 15days u know what r u tellme, so plz concern my complain for concenerd officers

i am customer of dagar gas service vide number 247, at 378 deepali, pitam pura, delhi 110034.i have made gbooking of rfill of the gas cyclinder on 9-01-2009 wide there booking reference number 3630. till today i.e. 19 jan 2009 i have not received my cyclinger. from last 4 days i have tryingto get them on phone but is busy .please we need your immediate action on this.

i am chanderkala gas agency customer and i booked my gas on 12/01/09 and booking no.76. but thaey have not delivered the cylinder and they kept all phones aside. this is a routine problem my c.no.02578

Its very shameful and disgusting that IOC is such a big company but still they are lagging behind the Bharat gas agency I m customer of IOC consumer Id is 15593 and Vidya Sagar Gas Agency is the gas suppliers in our Pitam pura area the donot pick up the calls making fake commitments towards delivery time. They say u will b receiving gas in 7 days but still no delivery done. sometime they even dont listen the customer and always show ignorance behavior.

The complaint cell no.s 011-23411282, 981117825, 27297458, 27872552, 1800111282, all these no. are like the MD of this company coz these no. dont work. on some of the numbers rings goes on but nobody picked up the calls .

Dear IOC,
with due regard I wish to state that Iam a Indane Gas customer with Patparganj Gas Service, B-3A, Shop No.18-19, Shivshakti Complex, East Vinod Nagar, Delhi- 110091, consumer no. is PG016078.When ever we have been trying to book the cylinder refills, firstly the the telephone numbers are always engged, secondly the individual receptionists sitting on the customer desks are so discourteous that they hardly provide the booking number and disconnect the call. And Finally the delivery is past 5/6 days which is on the whims and fancies of the delivery boy. Who has even authority to sometimes write on the slip that there was no response or the house locked.. I it is desirable that the operation needs a better coordination and stream lining with a sense that the distribution is on behalf of Govt of India and not on indvidual capacity of his her hegemonic terms pls. Such poor management in the Capital can obviously suggest the plight in rest of the country. Regards. Kindly iniitate appropriate action.

I have a gas connection with customer no. 15728 in the name of R.Kalyani by the address of A-297, Vikaspuri, New Delhi with Nair Gas Service, Vikaspuri. I am trying to book the gas since yesterday i.e 6/2/09 but they are not picking up the phone. So, please book the gas and let me know the booking no.and status and upto what time it will be delivered.

This is to state that your customer with NAIRS Gas Service having cust. No. 6237. I have Nairs tel. no. as 28544965, 28547187 as printed on their cash memo. When I need to book a refilling of cylinder I try a lot on telephone but usually get the response that either the telephones are temperary out of service or phones are not answered. So I have to go to their office for booking of the same. Today also I tried to contact them on telephones but the reply was " tel. are out of service ". Sir this is very hard to go every time personally to their office for booking in today's mechanical life. Please advise me what to do for permanent solution and get my booking registered for refilled cylinder at the earliest. Your prompt response/action shall be highly soliciated. Please cofirm the same.

Dear Sir,

This is to kindly state that i have booked my cylinder on dated 27 February 2009. My Customer No. is VS8173. I had booked my cylender from your distributors of indane, M/s Sagar Enterprises, 3 doctor's lane, gole market, new delhi - 01. but till date they are not giving any response when i am calling on these telephones no. (23743134, 23346580) they are replying that tomorrow your cylinder will be delivered but on the date no delivered. They are also saying that according to computer my booking date i 28/02/09 whenrease on 27/02/09 i have to go there office for booking. So please its my kind request, your immediately action will be highly appreciated. Please confirm.

sir, my customer number is J-18975. I booked my gas on 10 february but I do not receive any delievery on 4-3-09. I call in my gas agency in Jhangir Puri and they told that delievery already delievered to you on 20-2-09 but I did not received any delievery yet. So, please give attention on this complaint, I am very grateful to you.

Sir/madam It is stated very humbly that I am an indane gas consumer/customer of ESBEE ENTERPRISES, shop No 1, Pocket-B sheikh Sarai Phase-1 New Delhi-17( cust No 08491) I am being harrassed by the agency for quite last one year.In the beginning they refused to book the gas on the pretext that they cannot deliver the gas on my address (i.e. 209AHauz Rani, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-17) .When asked the reason, there was no reason. When we insisted, they simply said, "You better get your No transferred to somewhere else."Actually we had complained of the cylinder containing water and that the cylinder lasts only for 18-20 days.And we received the response'' The water is from the company itself."When we warned them of the comp laint, thet plainly said, "Do whatever you can"Thereafter they started to harass us.The cylinder is not booked even after repeated requests.Then I started to get the gas booked on 1260.Even then we are not getting the gas timely.We have to manage the same from friend circle or neighbourhood.In the month of November09 my father was on the death bed and we faced the problem of non availability of gas.Recently I got the gas booked on 1260 on February 18, 2009;but the gas has not so far been sent.After waiting for many days when I ranged them on 07/03/09, and I told them that I have booked the gas on 1260 on Feb18, they said, "Their server is always down and we have not received any booking from 1260." When I asked for the booking No, they refused to give and said that the gas will be sent after five days.We are helpless. MY KIDS ARE APPEARING IN THE BOARD EXAMS.We have to take food from dhabas which is not suiting the kids and the family as my wife is a patient of R-Arthritis and pancryatitis and my daughter is suffering from NCC. Under such circumstances we cannot afford the food from the market.Iam sure you will help us.Thank you.
