site not opening
I am a NANGLOI GASS SERVICE customer I want to book gass online on site www.ioclebiz.com but site is not opening for on line registration for gass booking, so please look on it.

This is to state that your customer with Bhagirathi Gas Service having cust. No. BG-23605 I have Bhagirathi Gas Service tel. no. 22193311, 22173311 as printed on their cash memo. When I need to book a refilling of cylinder I try a lot on telephone but usually get the response that either the telephones are temperary out of service or phones are not answered. So I have to go to their office for booking of the same. Today also I tried to contact them on telephones but the reply was " tel. are out of service ". Sir this is very hard to go every time personally to their office for booking in today's mechanical life. Please advise me what to do for permanent solution and get my booking registered for refilled cylinder at the earliest. Your prompt response/action shall be highly soliciated. Please cofirm the same.

I am very much fedup with the deliver/ booking services of the ESBEE ENTERRISES, SHOP NO. 1, SHEIKH SARAI-I, TRIVENI LOCAL SHOPPING COMPLEX, NEW DELHI-110017 I AM REGULAR CUSTOMER OF LPG CYCLINDER OF INDIAN OIL CORPORATION FROM THE LAST MORRE THAN 4 DECADES. THE STAFF POSTED IN THE ABOVE SAID AGENCY IS NOT AT ALL COOPERATIVE.

with due regard i want to state that i am a customer with Shanti Indane Gas Services, WZ-427, Sadh Nagar, Gali No. 18k, Palam Colony, New Delhi. and my consumer no. is 10649. I am trying to to book the Gas Cylinder for last ten days but the phone lines are going busy, and in case the phone is ringing they dont pick the phone due to which we are facing a lot of problem. You are requested to take a prompt action & Gas Cylinder sent to imediately.

i would like to bring ur kind attention towards negligence of customer service of M/s Gayatri gas service, main wazirabad road bhanjanpura, my customer code is(33857) they do never pick the phone call i continously tried it to 2 hrs but no response, So i have to leave my work and come personally for taking number it really make me worried. they say that we take no.for new gas delivery only after 25 days, and most oftenly gas cylinder with leakage, not only me but many customers have the same problem. i would request u to do something against the above said dealer.to make customer delighted.

Dear Sir,
Their site does not work and they do not like to tire themselves with picking up the phone. the nearest office of Indane Gas is 2 kms away from my place(BEDI INDANE, B 43 KARTAR NAGAR, MAIN 3 1/2 PUSTA, DELHI 53). i work from 9am -7pm therefore my wife has to go all the way to their office to request for cylinder and on requesting them to pick their phones we get to listen to abuses, i have tried complaining to a lot of people and even wrote many letters and emails but there have been no result.

I am customer with GULABI BAGH GAS SERVICE, E- 131, SHASTRI NAGAR, DRLHI - 110052. I am faceing problem in every month when i book my gas then, they show Busy noumber in all working days. Mon-Sat-9:00-6:00pm.The noumber is--011-23641651 or 32582862.You can try any time, 6-9 you find always BUSY.But after 6 ;oclok the phone ring start rining We go to office persnally than book gas.after booking they send after 5-6 days.They give one cylender in 20 days.

Problem is i am very angery with the agencie becouse they don't pick our phone calls, every time their number is busy, and their talking behaviour is also not good. We want to give complained about the call reciever. I am humbel request to you accept my complained.

I am consumer of INDAEN.My consumer no is 17396 and my agency is DIKSHIT GAS SEVA, Dedha market, Khichri pur.
I face a lot of problem regarding borken seal, low weight.Your dealer are very rude.They do not know how to talk.on every delivery of cylinder, have same problem of low weight.I am getting frustrated do not know what to do.
It is a request to higher authorities to look into it as soon as possible.

I m Anand Kumar Resident A-35 Mohmmadpur New Delhi 66, Customer with Ms Arjun Enterprise, 17, D.D.A Shoping Complex, Munirka, New Delhi 67, My Consumer no 15719 Booked Cylender Dated 27-7-09 at 10:23 Am, Agency Staff Says That cylender will delevered at 28-7-09 i m alone so i take one days leave from our office.But cylender not receved on 28-7-09, when i contect in Agency then Staff says that Cylender Defenetly deleverd on 29-7-09 . so i take another days Leave for Receved Cylender .But cylender not deleverd on 29-7-09.when i went in agency at 5:45 Pm.then Agency Staff Told That With in 15 Minuts Cylender will be Deliverd & Gave me Mob no-09210086393 of Mr.Karan Deliveryman. ofter 45 Mintus when not Receved Gas I Talk to Mr Karan Directely He told me That he is Coming with in 10 minuts with Cylender. again 45 Minuts when He did not Came I make a call to Him that time his mob Switch Off.
Pl Suggest meHow many days we should Take Leave for Receve the Cylender

This is to state that I am customer with M/s SAROJ ENTERPRISES having cust. No. 16870. For the last ten 13DAYS have been requesting M/s. SAROJ ENTERPRISES for replacement of my underweight gas cylinder(2.5 kgs). In the past also I have received gas cylinders filled with water upto 3 kgs. Many complaints to M/s. SAROJ ENTERPRISES but nothing has been done by M/s. SAROJ ENTERPRISES against the delivery man.IN THIS CONNECTION PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION IMMEDIATELY, Sir this is very hard to go every time personally to their office for requesting for the replacement of the cylinder. Please advise me what to do for permanent solution and get my booking registered for refilled cylinder at the earliest in lieu of underweight cylinder..
