I am Prathmesh garg will be going to UK for my further studies for that purpose, I bought an Roti maker from Rajesh mehta(MD) of an Maggiindia company. But I was unsatisfied with the result of the product I was getting and when i called him and said about replacement he was giving excuse that this product needs special type of atha and all .Now u think how can students can mange that all things and haven't told me this things when I was buying the product , i also said that i am not demanding a money back in return but only exchange of product that would be useful for me . he directly said as per company policy we don`t entertained such things .

how can you say that Rajesh is doing false compalint it could be possible but how can you say directly. I you could be one the employee of Maggi brand or some SEO service provider to them. This is a open complaint portal so please don't say anything wrong to any consumer till you don't know the truth.
