www.match.com/bill — being billed unlawfully

I had a one month trial which they agreed and I agreed which was a first up payment paid on the 7th of january that was to come out automattically that payment came out that day then come february 8th another payment of 46.83 comes out i no longer had been using the setrvice this is not right because when i tried to register in no such name exsisted that was within the first month something is very fishy because it was supposed to be nz dating services i dont know this company please withdraw taking money out....
