While trying to recharge my Tata Docomo no. [protected] with Rs 150.00, I get the following error constantly:

An error occurred during recharge. Connection Error. Please try later

Hi Nikhil, Please try again now. Temporary problem with Docomo has been resolved.
What's the point of trying now?.. The point is your system did not when I needed it most...

I HAVE RECHARGED RS 150 ON [protected], HAVING ORDER NO.[protected] NUMBER BUT I DID NOT GOT SMS ON MOBILE FOR CONFIMATION OF RECHARGE AND AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. KINDLY SUGGEST US WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF RECHARGE AND ALSO PROVIDE UR CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER . EXISTING NUMBER [protected] NOT PICKING. I HOPE U WILL HELP ME ON THAT MATTER.

dear sir,
i have 111 rupees in my wallet but while recharge it shows recharge status as FAILURE & error as invalid amount format or amout value out of admissible range.
i tried 10, 20, 50, 100 rupees of recharge but its not working anymore.
pl. help. my mobi no. is [protected]

Please stop delivery of two transaction done on 20th Feb 2015 amounting to 4999 each at 10.34 and 10.35 am since my card no.[protected] was misused by inappropriate person.

HI, I recharge via Mobikwik to my Airtel Prepaid on 04 june 2014, Rs 197 for Airtel 3G net Pack. Amount is deducted in my Account but Internet Pack is not Activated. So please Refund the money to my Account.
