Dear friends, Dont ever use www.mobikwik.com to recharge. My money went but recharge never done. I'm in a urgent to call. I would have preferred some other online mobile recharge sites. Mobile number : [protected] Please atleast respond now for this issue. I need my money back or recharge it. If the site cant recharge, y should they debit the amount from my bank account. now call me immediate my no [protected] I have stopped using Freecharge for this very reason. They deduct the amount and you don't receive the balance. You keep mailing or calling them and they will give you the same reply. Its irritating to call them all the time to ask for a refund. This problem forced me to switch to another app. I am using Billbachao at the moment and have found it to be really good. Their transaction success rate if really good. Till now, I have not faced this issue. I am glad I found this app or else I would have had to stick to the traditional way of getting my phone recharged, i.e. via a retailer. They have a website too that can be used by non Android users as the app is only available for Android users. The app offers cashback benefits that help you save some money. The app has features like Find Best Network, Activate D-N-D, Deactivate all the Value Added Services (VAS), Get alerts for the latest plans available, Call customer care, Check your balance, and more.
