[Resolved]  www.mobikwik.com — money deducted but never showed up in my wallet

i made a transaction wid my credit card on www.mobikwik.com of amount 4650/- the amount got deducted from my card but it never showed up i got an email asking to send me my id proof for manual verification so i did that too, still nothing happened when contacted their customer care number no response kept me on hold all the time i called them several times still no response i also raised an online ticket with them still no response, twice i recorded a call back message on their ivr, still no call back the transaction i did was on 05th december and today ie 6th december i tried to contact them i couldn't get through my transaction details are as follows

i need help,
i have already paid my bill as the last due date was 6th devember, so i don't my money in my mobikwik account, it would be a waste for me to keep such a good amount with them i wouldnt be able to use it.
