after the payment of 1 month ...till product not receive

Dear sir,
I am Megharaj from Hubli city... i purchase WATCH on www.timtara.com but these people saying it w'll take 15 to 20 days but today 1 month completed. www.timtara.com staff given assurance only WHAT I CAN DO? PLS TELL ME
