My name is Vijay Kumar K, i made a online transaction at timtara.com on 15/06/2012 and order no.10272422 & Transaction Id : 10120587and transaction amount is Rs:14,598/-, I ordered through my credit card, till now the products was not shipped and I getting bad responses from timtara.com customer care,they are not responding my mails, in this connection i need your assistance to cancel the order and to get back the money
