I have ordered a mobile phone-HTC Explorer Order Number-10256012, on May 15th 2012. I received a mail from timtara saying that the money has been realized in their accounts on 16th of may. I also have raised a query regarding the delivery date on 18th of May to which their reply was that the product will be delivered in given time frame of 8 to 10 working days. Till date I have not received my product. I have called up the customer care four times till date (on 1st;4th; 5th and 8th of June). I was told that I would be getting a call from the senior member within 24 hrs during my first two phone calls. During my 3rd call on 5th of June, I was told that now that the promised delivery tenure of the 15 days is over, they would now raise a complaint and I would be getting a mail from timtara detailing the particulars of the date of dispatch of the product and the expected delivery date in 24 hours and the mail I get from timtara says "Thanks for shopping with us. Hope your experience was enjoyable!".
I called them up again on 8th of June and again the same story saying that one of the senior official will be contacting me in the next 24 hours.
Despite continuous calls and mails, there is minimal response from the timtara website.
