I keep following up with customer care people(Support:[protected] of timtara,but most of the time they did not pick up phone. Once they pick up also after so many retry ,they does not respond properly, despite i always talk them politely and in request mode.They never give any information. Just simply mention that they will forward the complain to respective department. They never share any other contact details and product delivery information.Idelally it should be delivered with 8 days of placing the order.
I mailed them more than 7 times but no information. I fade up with followups. Every time i have to make STD call and no updates.

Please help. This site should be blacklisted.

even I have ordered the same product some 10 days back. Still awaiting...But considering the online reviews I feel I would also stay away from such crap online retailers like timtara.com

Even I am one of the victim of Timtara. I have ordered two Morphy richards microwave ovens it is not reached me even after 47 days. Finally i have asked them to cancel. They are saying need to wait 5 days.
This is a fraud site, they are collecting money from people and holding that money for their own investments. Many people are complaining about this site but no one is filing a case against them. No use by filing complaints in consumer sites.
I am planning to file a case in Karnataka Cyber police. I send a mail to them with all details but no response. So this weekend i visit the Police station and File a case.

Hello Frenz,

I also faced the same trouble from timtara online shopping. I have ordered a Panasonic cordless phone worth Rs2, 333 on[protected]. I booked in timtara because of Rs1, 000 difference from other online stores. However at that point i dint read the 'bad /fraud reviews' about timtara. It was guaranteed that my item will be delivered in 20days. But it took more than one month to get the product (exactly 1 month + 10days). The delay in product delivery created a very bad impression though they provided Rs1, 000 as discount price. However one good thing about this shopping site is that they replied to all my queries via mail only...So frenz keep mailing to helpdesk of timtara...In anycase delivery time for ur product will be minimum one month...
