Raja Annamalai Building 72, Marshalls Road, Chennai - 600 008. for us M/s. M. Yaseen mir, in Srinagar Contact person : Mr. Ajaz Ahmad mir. C.no: [protected]. Both times we got late delivery. And both times we have to enquire so many times for our goods. Both times reply from your concern office was that their is no TIN# on your bill. As both times it was clearly written on our invoice. Now with in few days one more consignment will be delivered from above company for us & you are requested to have a look on same & avoid late delivery of goods. Thanking You!

how can we know the document status where it is and when it will deliver
sir we had sent a courier through xps before two days from ahmedabad and its docket no is[protected] and we are waiting for that courier but still we didint get it and today morning we called your chennai office they gave me one number to contact we called him he is saying that delivery man missed that courier we never expect this . without that courier our whole work getting spoiled and its very worthable one . we going to claim for this if we didnt get the same. so do take immediate action on this

we have courierd our material to our customer HRS PROcess at Koregaon Bhima, Sanaswadi on 01.02.2011vide docket no.[protected] dated 01.02.2011. But till today, that consignment is not yet delivered to the consignee. Its in Koregaon Bhima, 35kms from Pune. Within Pune its taking 4days.
Nobody from TCI-XPS responde properly. Phone call also not attended.
The service is very very bad. Because of TCI-XPS we may loose our customer.
You may not be having importance of the customer but we do care about our customer.
The material has to reach site today. Its very very urgent And delayed just because of you bad service. We and our customer are suffering.

We had already inform at Surat office but not any proper reply given by them.
