[Fwd: Order of uppal...],,,revised order....

Sir i am sorry to say that after the repeted complaint of the clutch problem no body cares for the coustmer.I recived the company call for the same but it was just vain as it seems the call was to just satisfy the customer verbly.So i pls request the company that if a smaller problem resist for so long and no action is taken with in 15 days where the companys credibility goes.
