Yahoo / Msn & Microsoft Windows Lottery — Received SMS and mail of winning prizes

Sir,
First I got SMS .The SMS is....that I i Win One Million Pounds from MSN/Yahoo
Lottery and it contatains also the contact E-Mail No. that is ...........[protected]@live.com......Then I reply it by E-mail.The answer was provide by [protected]@live.com.after second reply by me they will provide diplomat who want to talk with me .and the office No is [protected]The no of Diplomat is [protected]. The diplomat speak in English. I want to go Police Station but he want to meet with me.....then I decide atfirst i meet with him then go to Police Station..... What I will Do............ ????????????
