[Resolved] Yamaha Fazer — Service center mishappening | |||
I went to geeta motors Yamaha showroom situated at mohan nagar Jindal market for my service they gave me timing for 5 pm for delivery I stayed at their service center in the mean while. At about 2:30 pm i checked out my bike was not in service center after my inquiry i found that one of their mechanic Mr. vijay took my bike to home for taking lunch .On my inquiry they respond very rudely and the owner said for customer need we use customer bikes is that Yamaha response towards consumer care It have no papers in my bike at that time i carry them with me if any misshaping happen by the driver who will be responsible for that yamaha must take a serious action against the service center and dealer if not i will take a legal consumer form case filed against the firm Name Rakesh hooda Bike yamaha fazer purchased from Tulsi lok and sons Coustomer I.D. -[protected]J21 Frame No. -ME145501X92018468 Date of purchase[protected] Fifth free service cupon no.-17911 Was this information helpful? | |||
