[Resolved]  Yamaha Motors India — Bad Customer care in Paras Yamaha,Chennai

I am a solid lover of my Yamaha bike and value my bike very much. I have ridden my bike 3 times from Chennai to Trivandrum without even a single hiccup and high efficiency. But every time I give my bike for service to Paras Yamaha service, something or the other happens.

All the 4 times, The bike is delivered late. A matter of hours is ok. But days?? Moreover after service the bike shows serious problems in front fork if I have changed fork oil. The worst part is the customer handling. The fellow dealing with customers in the past had a strategy of shouting and then running inside the workshop to avoid complaining customers.

Their sole approach is that - "We are gods, due to our brand names. You are a worm. Take it or leave it. We really don't care". I have started to loose my trust in Yamaha service which was created in me by Muthoot yamaha, Trivandrum and Hilton yamaha, Trivandrum. Man, their service is excellent. They call you to inform the exact problem if any and even apologizes for delays due to rush or problems in bike. I even had an experience of quicker delivery because of my request due to an emergency.

Hope something happens on this.

I AM AMAN FROM PATHANKOT, PUNJAB. I HAVE BOOKED A YAMAHA R15 BLUE FROM YOUR BRANCH IN CITY PATHANKOT 'MEERA ENGINEERINGS WORKS' ON DATE 13 OCTOBER 2011 I HAVE ALSO PAID 20000 IN ADVANCE. BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING. AS THEY ARE MAKING EXCUSE, I REQUEST YOU PLEASE CONTACT YOUR BRANCH MANAGER, SEND BIKE AS SOON AS POSIBLE, I WILL BE VERY THANKFUL TO YOU.
even in hyderabad peral yamaha also same problem - its tooooo bad - i faced lot of problems SZR bike - please friends do't go for Yamaha Make " Yamaha Make is Fake.

very poor service from the APCO AUTOBIKES at kerala calicut.
They bought Rs.305 for first free service .They didn't done any work which is to be done at the first service..
I am not satisfied with the first service.

I have bought Yamaha Ray from Paras Yamaha on 16th May from Paras Yamaha. I was taken by suprise when i got the vehicle the same day and they said the vehilce will be registered in a couple of days. Post that i have been following up with the sales guy and till today, teh vehile has not been registered (hopefully, it gets registered today !!). In fact, they have not even given me the Invoice copy. I have taken the vehicle on exchange and they are yet to get me the forms as well. Very worst service i have ever seen. I would strongly suggest not to go with Paras Yamaha and such dealers, spoil the reputation of Yamaha.
They have changed my bike tyre which i too too old one when i left bike for service

Battery

I hav purchased bike on 16th Aug.2014, and my bike battery is dead, after first Service...now i dont know wat to do... servie is not gud with yamaha..
