[Resolved]  Yamaha Motors India — Rust in the petrol tank & pathetic service from the dealer

I had purchased a Yamaha FZ 16 bike from a Yamaha dealer M/s Karpe on 27th January 2010. Some days back i just checked the petrol tank and i noticed that it was totally rusted. I informed the same to the dealer and asked for a free replacement under warranty. But instead of replacing the tank the dealer started blaming me saying that i mixed water with petrol and so it got rusted and hence i cannot claim warranty for the same.

Kindly advise me on my further action
