[Resolved] Yatra Online — Non refund of money for unconfirmed ticket | |||
I tried booking an airline ticket on 7th Aug 2011 through Yatra.com but while doing so it gave some error and the ticket was unconfirmed with PNR no. as 0000. Inspite of the ticket being unconfirmed Yatra.com deducted the amount from my credit card. When I contacted them for this through phone and also through their online complain registration forum they asked for my credit card statement in PDF format showing the amount has been deducted. Which I have provided them. Inspite of providing them with all the necessary details and proofs that the Yatra.com has deducted the amount without providing a confirmed ticket they are not taking any steps to refund me the amount and not even responding to any mails or registering a complaint online from their side.
