With deep regrets I would like to inform you that you are heading a team of incompetent people who cannot keep upto their commitments.

I was under an impression that a company in which NVP Intel capital, Reliance Venture has made large investments should have commitment to satisfy customers.

If this is customer satisfaction you provide, I am sorry what would happen to the large number of investors who may apply for your upcoming IPO.

Sorry to say your company is in hands of non hospitable team. Love Mishra has been supportive but cannot keep upto his commitments

Below is the details you need to send us on your letter head

I , Nimit Shah and my wife Parita Shah, are applying for the Schengen Visa on our own at the respective embassy while our UK visa’s have already been refused by the UK High Comission earlier.

We have approached and purchased from Yatra Online ( P) Ltd our air tickets, hotel booking & sight seeing for our proposed Europe travel in May’11. We are arranging for our overseas travel Insurance directly on our own
Incase our Schengen visa is declined to be issued / refused by the concerned consulate / embassy where we decided to apply for visa’s on our own, we would not hold Yatra Online (P) Ltd responsible in any manner whatsoever for this refusal of schengen visas not being granted to us and which we would have applied in our individual capacities . There would be no liability on Yatra Online(P) Ltd.

Also Yatra Online (P) Ltd will charge us incase of refusal of our Schengen visa’s a cancellation charge of Rs 95,398/- for which they have already provided us the details earlier and which we have agreed to pay to them incase of our Schegnen visa’s refusal.

Please note we can send you receipt of the payment received from you on account of the our booking of Essential Europe. That will be the proof of the bookings done through Yatra.com. We cannot provide you with Group Documents as you are applying for the Visa’s individually and directly.

1 ) Receipt are attached along with the email.

2) Also find attach the copy of the covering letter for Swiss Visa.

You are kindly requested to send us the consent letter as stated by Mr. Misra and myself.

Everything seems to be perfectly understood between the two o[censored]s. Only one requirement which I spoke with you on telephone which remains to be addressed is a letter from Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. On its letter head that we are travelling with them in an all advance paid tour package from 6th May to 14 th May as per the itenary of Essential Europe excluding London . This letter was provided to us from Andheri office at the time of visa application o[censored]K .

We have recv. the Hotel Vouchers & To & Fro Ticket Vouchers from Deepika.



Also please instruct Mayur & Andheri office staff to return our passports & other documents that we had submitted for schengen visa application. You can also send the format letter for application for schengen visa on our own which we need to send to you.

As per the telephonic conversation I have understood the following. Kindly confirm the same so as to avoid any further dispute or misunderstandings.

1) Our Tour of Europe is re scheduled to 6 May directly to Paris & 7th May onwards till 14 th May we shall travel with your group escorted tour as per Essential Europe Itenanry.Later 15 th & 16th May we have extended the tour & shall be on your own cost- 2 nights Zurich post Yatra tour as stated above is on your expense and not to be borne by Yatra Online(P) Ltd


You are taking a pre tour on 06th May’11 at your own expense while joining our group on 07th May’11 at Paris


2) Total Tour cost shall be 1,12,000 per pax as agreed at the time of booking from 6th May to 14 th May. – Rate of Exchange for Euro’s will be applicable as on the date when you make the final payment

Once you have made the entire payment there would not be any price changes on account of ROE fluctuation. However prices could vary if there is any increase in taxes etc. from the airlines at a later date and stage prior to your travel. Ytara Online (P ) Ltd will provide you with the details and circular from airlines stating any such taxes etc increase.

3) We shall apply for schengen visa on our own i.e. Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd shall not apply on our behalf. However all requiste documents such as air tickets, hotel confirmation & a letter from Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd.on its letter head that we are travelling with them in an all advance paid tour package from 6 th May to 14 th May as per the itenary of Essential Europe and all the travelling arrangements are made by Yatra Online Pvt Ltd. as provided while applying for UK visa

As requested by you verbally we will provide you with air tickets, hotel booking details for the entire stay in Europe . You will arrange for your travel Insurance directly


Also Yatra Online (P) Ltd will not be responsible in any manner whatsoever incase your Schengen visa is refused. Also you and Mr. Shah are applying for the schengen visa

as desired by you on your own while your UK visa has been refused.

4) Yatra Online Pvt.Ltd. shall not be liable if the visa is refused & cancellation charges of 95398 shall apply as already informed. OK

This a per vouchers send , the Vouchers are for Switzerland from 06 -16 May in Switzerland .

While we will be travelling to Paris (6-8 May - 3 Nights )/ Amsterdam (9 May - 1 Night )/ Heildeberg(10 May - 1 Night ) / Switzerland (11-13/14-15 May 5 Night ) , would therefore require the vouchers as per the detination .

As already confirmed earlier and once again .

We will be applying for the visa on our own , and a formal letter will be sent you by evenging.
