Yatra.com — did not get the refund of Rs.7200 | |||
Dear sir, I am Pravesh Meshram from Nagpur I am completely cheated by Shiftthoughts-Yatra.com Certain special terms are never informed which are printed on the overleaf of Vouchers: One can use only one voucher of Rs.500.00 per booking of a return flight (which means actually 2 flights). Discount is applicable on basic fare only and not on the total fare. Normally Basic fares these days are in the range of 200/300 only. This means Yatra.com have systematically planned to fool people by telling them about great discounts – which in reality is complete eyewash. Dear sir,i have given Rs.7200 and got benifts of Rs.200,isn't it compete cheating? I feel this should be brought to the notice of people. I am sure that there must be A Law that “no customer can be forced to accept the terms just by informing him telephonically” – there must be written document with terms which should be signed by a consumer Was this information helpful? | |||

Yatra.com — fare not refunded
Dear Sir,I have booked a train ticket through Yatra.com on 29/09/2009. Yatra refence no is AIM38C. The Ticket has not processed but the fare has been deducted from my acount. When i mailed to yatra.com they told me to file TDR, whereas while trying to file tdr it is telling for booked tickets only TDR can be filed.Still I have not received the payment
Still in my booking account, it is showing that the fare will be refunded to your account.
I request you to take necessery action on this matter.

Yatra.com — Fare - not Refunded
Dear Sir,I have booked a train ticket through Yatra.com on 18/07/2009. The Ticket has not processed but the fare has been deducted from my acount. Still Ihave not received the payment and there is no information from yatra for the same.
Still in my booking account, it is showing that the fare will be refunded to your account.
