Yatra.com — Did not refund money for waitlisted train ticket that did not get confirmed

My train ticket was waitlisted and did not get confirmed. I have not got refund of that money. I received a SMS from IRCTC to contact the agent. I booked it online with my yatra login ID. Tried contacting their toll free lines. Its automated with options that are not relevant to my problem. Please help. Expecting a really quick response.
