[Resolved] Yebhi.com — Non credit of extra amount deducted | |||
About a month back I placed an order for PUMA T-shirt on website www.yebhi.com through netbanking.Due to server error at their end my order was placed twice as it said TRANSACTION FAILURE initially when I tried to place the order.As a result of the failure,I again tried to place my order because of which duplicate order was placed.The same tings was notified to yebhi via customer care number.The person who attend me on the call made the necessary updates and only single PUMA T-shirt(though amount was deducted twice) was delivered.The twice deduction of amount was notified to yebhi via email at [protected]@support.bigshoebazaar.com and [protected]@yebhi.com.Till date there has been long long list of email chain which is still in active mode.No actions has still been taken as yet to credit me back the extra amount that was deducted for the same product above.I have notified them through Customr service as well but no go.There is no reply to my email for long time now and I am very disappointed by there customer care services and support.I have also recieved and email from there end stating that yes the amount was deducted twice and the refubd process has been initiated by them.However,The same doesnot reflects in my bank account summary.
