Cheating on My Online Purchase

Dear Sir,

I had Ordered 2 Nos Pants through Yebhi.com site, for Diwali Gift to my brother, and waiting eagerly for receiving., today when i received my product and while i opened the Parcel Bag I filled with lots of shame.

Acutely when i opened my parcel there was no Pent inside..... I found two nos Health Magazine with a Diwali Gift A perfume given by Yebhi.com to mocking me.

And they asked me 2 days time to revert back to me.

Dear Sir,

This is sorry to say that Yebhi.com is still not resolved my above said problem, As said they called me and assured to resolve this with in two days by compensating me by refund or by Coupon.

But, after that nither i recieve any call nor any refund or Coupon. i called to customer care too... every time they say they have esclated the issue to higher management. but no result.

Kindly look in to the matter.
