Booking canceled without our concern in last moment

Never believe Yellow Taxi as they cancel our booking without our concern and let us know in last moment.

I booked for cab for 23rd feb 2011 at 5am, my booking was confirmed on 22nd feb 2011 night, and i received a message on 23rd feb 2011 at 4.30am stating that 'Your booking has been canceled'
