Yepme — Non-delivery of order and unresponsive customer care

I had a order no-2664859 on 17/07/2013. but still it is not delieverd .please check that order and delievery immediately

Yepme — Not yet received my order :-3599874

I Have orderd a shoes from Yepme.com. i have ordered on october 1st and they told me i will be getting on 4th. But till now i haven't received it and i am not able to reach any of the Yepme customer care numbers. Dint expect this from Yepme. and this will be my last order in yepme.com

Yepme!!!...Is this a trust worthy site???

I have ordered one casual trouser vide order no 3799653 on Oct 20, 2013 and paid for the same in full through credit card. They have promptly given me the courier details on the very next day which says the consignment has been despatched through Xpressbees vide Docket no.3XB132679R80 dated 21.10.2013. However more than 10 days have since past and I don't have any information thereafter. Finally I had to lodge a complaint with them on Oct 31, 2013 and to my utter surprise only thing they could provide is a complaint no.381259. a couple of day have also gone since then and I have still not received the trouser which was meant for wearing at Diwali.

I now have a huge doubt about the authenticity of this entity who are only good at giving your numbers against the money you paid.

Yepme — not refunding

I had asked for my refund of shoes from YEPME on 26th Oct 2013 & was told that refund would be done by 18th Nov 2013. Its 21st Nov but i have not yet received the refund. Look into the matter. Its ultimate harassment. i have called them 10 times but they just give false dates.

Yepme — No refund

I bought a product 2 months back but returned it..and requested for a refund.My order number was 4157897..its been2 months and i called hundreds of times but everytime fake promises..poor service and illiterate executives..no any senior person to deal with..this site should b closed

Such a pathetic staff. They are doing the same thing with me also. Rather solving my query they are just sending me automated emails. Never ever shop from this website.

I purchased a grey coloured casual shoes, i was not satisfied with the size they provided.So i returned their product back to them, and asked for the actual size i wanted. They said the size, i am demanding for is not available. So they told me to raise a demand for the refund.I did so, but it has been more than seven months since i got any feedback from them.My order id is 3626621.I wrote, more than 10 mails to their IDs [customer.[protected]@yepme.com & [protected]@yepme.com].I also had a talk to their representative but they could not help me out in this concern.Please help me out, i am really got irritated with their service.
