Yepme — Non-delivery of order and unresponsive customer care

even i placed my order on 26th may. and i got reply that it'll deliver in 5-7 days.. but it's already 8 days past till now i did not get my product.
from the day one till now the order status is shown as "READY TO DISPATCH"
whenever i call customer care to give complaint the number is always busy.
and then select to speak in english in customer care option and the person who picks the call will speak in hindi.

iam gokul nath, i have ordered the 2 pair of shoes order no 7153652, shoes no's 31248, 31294 . Till i have recieved only one pair of shoe(no:31248). and didn'tget the another pair of shoe (no:31294). I recieved theshoe no 31248 on 5 june 2014 andi didn't get the another shoe .so i kindly requested that plz send back me the another shoe or refund my money. i hope that u have take the immediate action.and i also not happy with this YEPME site.

I had Place an order for the shoes dated on 05.07.2014 and made a Payment of Rs. 323/- through internet banking for the same further the expected date of shipment delivery was 13.07.2014 but i had not received the same yet.

God knows for how long i have to wait...THEY ARE NOT PICKING UP THE CALL..

i had a yepme account using this email id: [protected]@gmail, com.
I had placed an order for sandals but on arrival of the order i found that the sandals are not of my size so i returned the product. After a few days when i checked my account I found the status of that order as REFUND REQUESTED. but then i also say that the same sandals were being sent to me again by COD. The entire order was splitted into 2 sandals per order
The biggest problem is that now when i log into my account to see my orders, no orders are shown. it is written no orders found. This is causing a lot of inconvenience. Please look into this matter ASAP.
Calling your support number only says that "All our customer care representative are busy serving other customers". and put me on hold. Resolve this issue fast or i will have to complain to consumercourt.

Order #10098440On 9th I ordered 3 Kurta shirt, 1 tracker suit.Automatically some offers got applied(buy 2, 1 free. 30% off on online payment). And finally it asked to pay Rs.748/-But not delivered . Reason given "Out of stock". Are you kidding Me. All those items are still available, available at time of booking & available at time of cancell. Either 1 of 2 is happened1. You guys added some offer & cant live up to your words2. This is a Scam to steal money from people.

Give 1 star, coz -5 star is not allowed.

I had ordered leggings vide order no.32613607. As per Yepme Tracking it shows that the order has been despatched on 21.10.2016 through Ekart Logisitics. Ekart Tracking ID YPMC[protected] shows that the product has reached their ranchi mother hub on 22.10.2016 but till date the same has not been delivered to me. It is very unfortunate that the numbers provided by Yepme for tracking order are unresponsive. Though there is no monetary loss to me as I have ordered items on cash on delivery but it seems that shopping with Online Players like Yepme is wastage of time. There is no responsible section of this firm to look into proper delivery of goods to the customers on time.

I ordered a watch from yepme on 25 June . And till date it is not dispatched and on the courier site when I am tracking it is showing invalid docket no. . Order no[protected] please somebody tell me when ill get my watch . Phone - [protected].

This is for all people who have been cheated by yepme.com. Go ahead and file complaint with Government's consumer forum http://www.consumerhelpline.gov.in/. Yepme should feel the pressure from government.
