I buy 4 shoes from yepme.com but my order not dispatched then i call customer care then customer care says to me stock not available kindly cancel your request. Then cust. Care canceled my order. I pay money through my debit card rs1517 but my money not credited to my a/c. I call so many time but customer care says your money credited to your a/c. I fed up plz refund my money plz Order ID:3012522 Date of purchase:16 aug 2013 mode of payment: credit cancel order:21 aug.13 yepme.com: 27 aug. Give me reference number and says to me contact your Bank. 29/8/13: Yepme give me msg on my mobile .Dear customer your refund against the order id 3012522 has been processed same will be reflect in ur a/c with in 72 business hour. Now 01/09/13 But money not credited Now what i do. Yepme making me fool.
