[Resolved] Yepme — Poor quality of shoes | |||
Hi I have ordered the shoes from Yepme which were looking of decent quality. I had relied on their 30 days guarantee of return and replacement. I had experienced from other ecommerce shopping sites like jabong, flipkart, tradus etc so I gained little faith on online shopping. To my surprise, after placing an order, I got the call from Yepme for confirmation.. but after 7 days, when I received the shoes, I found them of very poor quality. On the website, they were looking decent and based on my experience with other sites, I ordered them, now am very much disappointed with the quality of the shoes. I have been dialing on the numbers mentioned on their site, but not body is picking up the phone, forget about the replacement. I don't know, how they are running business, even if they don't come over phone. I have dropped them an email for refund/replacement, did not get any response.. I want my money back... it is requested to replace the above pair with Yepme Pink Bellies pair Item Code 28591 Size 8, which is similarly priced.The customer care
says first I have to send the pair by Speedpost ( spend Rs.150/ ) & then they will check quality () & send the replacementb pair.So I have forgone the replacement.
Now on Quality, Quality is like price/discount, same like a footpath dweller.
