n i don't want return for my whole oder, i want refund for Yepme Nicole Zebra Print Pants- Black & White of rs 699 because it not having the button on it there is quality issue that why i want refund and return of that particular product.

I have sent back products for return & refund, but keep receiving sms that it is not received. First flight clearly gives status as delivered. This is clearly irresponsible.

my name is venkat reddy i have placed an order (watch) but it aint working then i returned the item. after 10 days i called customer care number then he said stock of that watch is not available and he said place a new order same cost which has been given earlier so i ordered the new watch. but i didnt get the product which is been ordered by me top of that after a week later again called to customer care number he said stock is not available. they said your money wil be refunded.but i dont know how to apply for refund
