Yepme — Send me defective product and also not send me money back

yepme.com send me a defected product (Yepme Olive Suede Shoes) and also not sending money back to me.

I was ordered on date Aug 9 2013 and i got shoes after 10 days and it was defected. When i complain then to money back then they said me to return my money in 72 hours. I was complain on date 6/9/2013 and till today (19/6/2013) i don't get my money. Everyday i am calling them to refund my money and they everyday they give me new date to refund.

My order number is - 2927038

I have also added pics of those defected shoes. I advice you all peoples to never purchase any product from yepme.com
