YOU Telecom India Pvt Ltd — Deposit Money not Received on surrendering connection to YOU Telecom Internet Service Provider
To,The Director Consumer Forum,
Sub: Deposit Money not received even after 3 months of connection surrender, Relationship No: 332449
I was using Internet Connection provided by 'YOU Telecom India Pvt Ltd' (http://www.youtele.com/).
I handed over the connection and Modem with written application to close my account on 21 Dec 2007, clearing all my bills.
On enquiring in company I got to know that company has closed my account.
According to company policy I must get my deposit money back in 15 days but now its 92 days I have not received my payment nor proper response.
Please help me.
