[Resolved]  YouTele — Extremely bad serv / harassment & delay in disconnection

I am going thru a nightmare exp. with YouTele BroadBand connection in Pune.
- Delay in intial promised start with no proper followup
- Bad Field/Install service
- Very long (upto 3 days) and regular service balck-outs
- only 10% of promised bandwith(200 kbps on a conn. of 2 mbps)
- bad cust svc (just annoying sugary words, no real action, refusal to transferring to a supervisor)
- ongoing harassmnt and delay in disconnection. Just getting verbal confirmation that its being transferred to some deptt.
- Online Refund form is there but its a sham. I was asked to submit a formal disconn. request by CSR.
- irritating and continuous billing collection calls

Its unbeleivable that such a blatant acts are being done by a company with Citigroup backing.

YouTele — Youtele pune worst experience in life

I had terriable experiance with youtele in Pune.The agent took money from me for connection saying within three days connection will estabilished.when i called him after five days he was not picking up fone.Then i called from outside number then he told me, he cant do anything complain against company.Office number ringing, not picking.customer care took complaint but no response.

This is headache for me now.Can I file compliant against company?
Tell me waht can i do?
i gave up on my deposit of 1100 rs. after few attempts as time reqd/followup was more than money involved.
I had purchased a IDEA postpaid CUG card from one of their authorised dealer in Pune on 25th september. While purchasing he had assured me that the card will get activated till 27th. However till 3rd October (today), the card is not activated (eventhough full payment is done & all related documents were given on first day). Whenever I try to call the dealer either he is not taking phone or switched off. I had tried almost 50 times but the problem not yet solved or even no commitment is given from IDEA.

YouTele — ACTIVATION OF WRONG PLAN

I have renewed the plan of my youtele broadband on 12 may 2010.I had taken plan "Angel 192-1mbps" plan for one month. But they wrongly activated it as "Eclipse 2mbps-256kbps ". On 14 may I launched the complaint against it. There after i visited the regional office personally where i was assured to change the plan on next day.
But till today they had not given any positive response. And now they say that it is not possible to change plan and i have to cop up with that.I had to face many problems for it.
I had also talked to the nodal officer of pune for the same but nothing has been done till now.

Youtele is a scam. 200 customers in Dhankawadi area, Pune have been disconnected since 2 weeks and no response from the company. The matted should be taken to court now.
