I had recently bought mobile form Yxtel. Its a Chinese company with very good looking Models. I bought a dual sim phone with features equivalent to Nokia phones csting 10K. But the experiment has failed badly. The battery life is only 1 hour. And the voice quality is so poor other party can hardly hear what you are shouting. Please be careful about this brand. I have purchased one yxtel c930, but I do not check the mobile at the time of purchase. I have opened the mobile and insert sims and battery then on the mobile. Mobile is on immediately of[censored]nnecessary, on, off continuously. I do not understand what is the problem going on. please help me and rectify the problem. My Email id : [protected]@gmail.com. Chinese Mobile — defective mobile
there is an illegal market in mumbai named (Sara Market) near famous manish market its masjid bandar station. the Sara Market is totally illegal and the shopkeepers are selling defective mobile once they sold the mobile and if customer have some problem like speakers are not working cant hear anybody's voice on phone and he comes back on next day they are not even ready to listen anything. i have faced this there on Shop No. (287) and i have seen sometimes he has beaten some of the customers. so they all are unite and doing their fake business without any interference of BMC and other authority.Yxtel Mobile — New Mobile Speaker not working
I bought a new Mobile of Chinese make. The price was cheap considering features. But it has been really disappointing.. the voice is feeble. Can not hear. Other party can hear me. But I can not hear. Dealer says these mobiles have no warranty and no repaid or replacement.. Its been a big mistake buying chinese mobile Well, it is a very sad story.The supplier should slove the problem you met.
really it is very bad quality the sound is too poor and the battery is very weak the company should solve this problem i also have purchased this same defect of speaker
I purchased YXTL C-19 Moble. As there was a problem in the Mobile when I went to service center in Bangalore, The technician told me the board has to be replaced and stock is not available after that the service center got closed. Please help me in this regards any one knows how to replace the set, it is under warranty
