Dear Sir/Madam, Last month 23rd i purchased an E7 model mobile @3565/= through rediffmail.Order no is 6683083.This mobile worked when i got it.But soon after a week it not working i.e not switching on.I sent several complaint mails & made call to the customer care,but no response.Lastly iam complaining on this way.If i didnt got any solution through this mail too then i will meet ur company through CONSUMER COURT. i have bought a sony ericsson xperia mini pro mobile through rediff shopping and you have delivered me a phone which has no warranty available in India and you have ensured a warranty of 1 year. how will i get the warranty service. and you delivered me a phone which is not upgradable and promised it is upgradable on the package.
