Dear Sir/Madam,
We recently (in November) purchased on bed (order date was around 16 November). The dealer Mr. Rai (contact number: [protected]), first misleaded us to buy a bed with wrong information. We ordered the complete set of bed, with drawer and headbox. But, what we got delivered was without the drawer.
When we went to talk to Mr. Rai, he started arguing in raised voice and accepted that he lied. In his words: "Yes, I lied, what will you do?"
In addition to this, the bed we got, had one part (from the head box) broken. We're still trying to receive the replcement for this part. Mr. Rai keeps avoiding our calls.
We've experienced highly unethical behavior from this dealer. Need intervention.
Our order was in the name of my father: R D Mandal.
