We have purchased Zuari Cot on 16-MAR-2013 bill no. 850 at M/s Sri Venkateswara after short listing various available models. At the time of fixing /installing the cot at our premises, it has been observed that head board of the cot is damaged at the bottom of the board –(may be due to transit from factory to stockist) and asked the fitter not to fix the damaged board, the fitter has taken the photograph of the damaged part and left. Later on after few days the dealer has updated to get the old ‘head board’ to be fixed for temporary basis and assured that the new ‘head board’ will be provided post inquiring from the Zuari stockist at Hyderabad. However till date we have not received the new head board proper response from the dealer. We even called up thrice the Zuari customer care number +91 – [protected] but the only response we got is stock of the mentioned cot is not available will fix up whenever it arrives. Nearly its 3 months gone either the Dealer nor the Customer care had responded to our vows.
So Zuari customer care please awake and do the needful at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
Zuari double cot — delay in delivery
I purchased one Zuari double cot with head storage and one side storage from Furniture zone , Pursalwakkam high road,Kellys,chennai. Payment was made in full on 7.10.2009. Double cot was delivered in a week time. But even after repeated reminders , side storage is not deliverred so far. On contacting , Mr. Vikas-contact person is postponing the delivery stating that , it will be delivered today.Same dialogue several times. The product was purchased in the name of ONGC A/C Anil Kumar. Your intervention in this regard is requested.Anil Kumar
