I have purchased a Dell Inspiron System online, Although it said the product will be delivered within 24 hrs the final order reached me after more then 2 months, also while placing the order it showed Monitor E1914 H under Dell recommended Accessories as compatible i placed both the order, however when we tried to install the monitor with Inspiron system it showed its incompatible and i have spent time with dell technical support as well as their 3rd party provider who says there is no solution to it and they cannot help or provide any resolution to the problem. When i discussed this with the company all they did is pass the buck to each other.
