COMPLAINT REGARDING FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES BY J.B.J.INFOTECH P.LTD.,FLYING TALK, 19/1 FIRST FLOOR,PREM NAGAR,TILAK NAGAR, NEAR METRO STATION, NEW DELHI, TEL:[protected], [protected]
The above said company gives regular advertisement in many Hindi and English daily newpapers under the head “WORK AT HOME” and offer one or two seat BPO work from home.
In hope, I also approached the company and came to know about their plan. According to their plan as per copy of agreement attached I deposited a sum of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) vide receipt no.249 dated 24/9/12 and signed an agreement for a period of 11 months.
I investment Rs.40,000/- to set up a BPO at my home and appointed two boys at Rs.6000/-pm to work the online ad posting work given by JBJ Infotech, director Mr.Rathore.
For the period 25/9/12 to 30/9/12 I sent my bill of ads posted out of which only 25% ads work by approved by them and no payment received yet the 25% right work done.
For the period of 1/10/12 to 15/10/12 I posted 541 ads and submitted file for their approval. But I received a warning mail on 17/10/12 from the ad company, WEBDELL CARE that there is one mistake that you added a url link therefore your bill remains unpaid.
As the mistake committed my employee, I apolozised for the same , even sacked the employee for mistake and and requested the company to pay the bill. But till now I have not received any payment and feel that there is no cause to work further without payment. Moreover,JBJ Infotech people not replying or following the matter and asking me to deal directly with WEBDELL CARE whereas my contact is with JBJ Infotech and not with Webdell Care which is already clarified in the mail .
Afterwards, I further checked the details of WEBDELL CARE on internet and understood that it is a fake organization only a website on internet and probably created by JBJ Infotech P.Ltd. The registration of such orgnisation should be cancelled.
