I have ordered a Tablet PC from www.tradus.com. Official seller of that product is SmileNBuy.

Owner of SmileNbUy is MR.Prabhat Somani. His contact number is [protected] . When I recieved the product from the DTDC courier I found that the tablet is missing and the product that was sent is not the actual one that I have requested. the box contains only the usb cable and the ear phoned. Box name just shows "Tablet PC" but no where I could see the name of the product "DOMO N8 3RD" anywhere including the manual. This shows that he has sent a wrong product. I paid an amount of 4549. I have a raised a complaint against DTDC too as the Item was missing. I couldnt trace where the Item was missed either from the seller or from courier.

He is a fraud and cheating. I have even seen many complaints on this guy who sends always wrong , not working and damaged products in the smae consumercomplaints forum.

Please look into this problem.

Guys, be aware of this guy and SmileNBuy. Do not buy anything from this seller.
