I have paid an Advance amount for a plot in XOTIC ANTHEA project of Confident Group one and half year before. While paying the amount, I was told that it will be refunded if you don't like the plot (It happened in Confident office, since I have not seen the plot, they provided this option). But after asking for cancellation, they started saying about some stories like the owner is not in India, he is in gulf countries, sometimes like, there are two owners one has signed the cheque waiting for the other one etc. Below I a providing the mail chain which is started with them from the day of cancellation.
