Connect Broadband — Broadband not working from last 3 days

I am using Connect Phone no [protected] for broadband Serves in mohali phase 5. From last 3 last 3 years. My broadband service is not working from last 3 days . I have already complaint regarding the same with complaint no I4715346. But still issue has not been rectified.
