[Resolved] Connect Broadband — Increase bill without intimation | |||
Hi, i am using connect broadband connection no. Dsls202691 in amritsar. I used to pay rs. 399 monthly rent but this month i have received month bill with rs 599 monthly rent. I called up customer care and asked about the same. They are telling that the charges have been increased. i had registered my complaint many times but still issue did not resolve after this i went to connect office ans discuss our problem to connect employee.
they just listen and gave smile to me and did not take any action on it, now i am fed up from this so i request to you please take action on connect company.
